Will we be opening for the 2024 season?
The Patch is currently closed for the 2024 season.
What are your hours?

Are dogs or cats allowed?
Yes, as long as they are leashed and picked up after.
What is your pricing for ride tickets, pony and camel ride tickets and the haunted maze tickets?
Please see the hours and pricing tab for pricing.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash and card payments as well as Apple pay. A 3% fee will be added to card payments and Apple pay. We also have ATM machines available inside the patch. Those have a fee as well.
Do you ever close due to inclement weather?
Yes, our website hours and pricing tab usually has the most up to date information. If it's raining or winds are high, we will be closed.
Are there refunds if it rains?
No, ride tickets are good the entire season. You will need to pay admission when you do come back though.
How late is the corn maze open?
Our regular corn maze will close by 8pm every night regardless of patch hours. See hours and pricing tab for additional info.
Do you have 2 separate mazes at your Chino Hills location?
Yes, there are 2 separate mazes. We have a 4-acre themed maze that is open until 8pm and our 2-acre haunted maze that is open Thursday through Sunday nights only.
Is there an entry fee at your Chino Hills Location?
Yes, Admission is free on Mondays for all ages. Tuesday through Thursday admission for ages 15 and up is $5 per person. Friday-Sunday admission is $10 per person ages 3 and up. This does not include ride tickets of any kind. Those are separate.
What is included in the entry fee?
Amazing backdrops for photos throughout the patch and in our photo op path, pet viewing zoo, parking, corn cob beach play area, sunflower labyrinth and regular corn maze!
Is there a parking fee?
No, please see the directions tab for where our parking lot is located. There will only be 1 parking lot off of Ramona Ave for the 2024 season. All overflow parking will park at Toy R' Us in the Commons Shopping center and there is a designated crosswalk to get into the patch. We will provide shuttle service at no cost if you park at the Commons. Please look for signage with hours listed.
How much do the rides/attractions cost?
Inflatables are 6-10 tickets depending on the ride and you get approximately 5 minutes per ride. Hard rides are 6-10 tickets on average as well and may be less time. Tickets cost $1 per ticket.
How much do pumpkins cost?
We price our pumpkins by size. At the patch we have them displayed with pricing. (Example: Grapefruit size pumpkin $4-$5, soccer ball size is $7-$9 and a medium watermelon size is $12-$15 and it goes up from there.) We have a huge selection and many varieties of pumpkins. Heirloom pumpkins such as Cinderellas and White pumpkins cost a few dollars more.
Can I buy tickets online?
No not at this time. On-site only.
Can we come to the patch just to take photos & buy pumpkins?
Yes, but you will have to pay the admission fee unless you come on Free Admission Mondays!
Are there any restrictions for any of the attractions?
Children must be able to go on the inflatable
rides on their own, no adults allowed. 14 years old is the maximum age limit
for all inflatables. Height limits apply
for hard rides as well. Weight limits apply for Pony and Camel rides and are enforced by scale with a 65 pound weight limit for ponies and 200 pounds for camels.

Do you have restrooms?
Yes, port-o-potties. We do have sinks with soap, water and paper towels as well. We also have hand sanitizer stations available.
Do you have a concession area or food trucks? What kinds of food do you have available?
Yes, we will have a small concession area serving kettle corn, fruit cups, water and sodas. We will also have a variety of food trucks/vendors onsite serving different types of fair foods.
Are outside food and drink permitted?
Yes, no coolers of any kind, but if you pack snacks for your kids or water bottles, that is fine. No alcohol is permitted on the premises. If found with alcohol you will be asked to leave.
Can you book birthday parties and group events?
Yes, absolutely. You can call us at 971-303-3486, inquire on Facebook @frostysforestchinohills or email us at Groups@frostysforest.com. All of our pricing is noted on our website at Frostysforest.com.
Is your patch wheelchair accessible?
Yes, to a certain extent, the ground is relatively flat. We do have ADA compliant parking as well and are happy to provide help if needed.
What are your busiest and slowest times to visit?
Slowest times to visit are weekdays, Saturday & Sunday mornings. Busiest times are Friday nights and Saturday/Sunday starting midday through the evening.
Do you recommend a certain dress attire?
Closed toed shoes, comfortable clothes that you don’t mind getting dirty. The patch is full of dirt and hay.
Is smoking or vaping allowed?
No, not at all. You will be asked to leave.
Can I drop my kids off at the patch by themselves?
Visitors 15 and younger need to be accompanied by an adult.

Do you have a lost and found?
We do keep items that are turned into us or found up at the red barn register area. You can also call or text the Frostys number 971-303-3486 and leave us a message with a full description of the item lost and where you think you may have lost it inside the patch. We will do our best to track it down and will call you back.
